Rackspace was looking for a solution to honor all Racker Veterans that currently work at Rackspace. This was inspired and designed by a Racker himself. Rackspace turned to Cold Fire for the fabrication and installation. Each individual Racker Veteran plaque is CNC cut and then printed direct with UV curable inkjet technology. The star and ribbon were also CNC cut out of brushed aluminum. The installation had to be done after hours behind a curtain, so that the wall was not revealed to the employees. The wall was then Unveiled at a special ceremony on Veterans day in 2012. Every year on veterans day we update this wall with any new hire Rackers.
